• Please note that all guests' IDs must be provided one day prior to the Check-in date, as required by the Dubai Tourism authorities and building security.
Kindly send yours and your companions' passports (only the page with a photo) to us for a smooth Check-in.
• 4 guests maximum are allowed as standard, extra bed with bedding/towels may be provided at an extra charge.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel after booking, there's a 30% charge. If you cancel within 15 days of your arrival, the full amount will be charged.
